The mystery and primality of the body really pulls me in. Through my own lived experience of devoting hours upon end of exploring, there can be a real simplicity to the way we all relate. The body in all forms.
My approach derives from working into a true heart centered, relatable, raw and explorative lens. you can’t bullshit your way into growth.
With a background of dance, circus arts, voice and performance, my curiosity for ways in which how we express - drawing from a physical, emotional and spiritual sense, continuous to deepen.
Expressive and mysterious are two ways I could explain myself.

Having travelled globally with over 500 hours of yoga training and additional massage, movement and ceremonial training with some of the most prestigious worldly teachers - I have established great insight into the body's capability and will forever remain a student of this work.

Much of why I love this multi-layered work is to discover meaning.
Layering anything with intention gives greater purpose. Giving the divinity that we all hold, a place and a voice.
Here through offering, through heart and my own lived experience, to help alchemise a reality that brings more of our gifts to the table, acting as medicine.
A lot of this curiosity through a female lens, leaves me incredibly hungry to address the seeking of a world of women listening to their own inquiry and self leadership.
The dance in expression. Through each twist, turn, texture, mirror, ache, longing - giving it a place. A passion of mine is to lead us into more of an open receptive body, then allowing the rest to follow.
I trust the power and radical worth of a woman’s heart, body and voice more than anything. Truly. When the acknowledgment of the raw feminine emerges, it becomes the driving force to new worlds of creation and belonging.
