About Cacao:

Cacao is an incredibly wise and powerful plant medicine which consists of chocolate in it's rawest form. Allowing a clear open channel through the heart. By increasing blood flow to the brain and heart, it has a way of deepening, opening and ritualising an experience of more awareness and focus.

This particular Ceremonial Cacao has come home with me all the way from South America, sourced from local Mayan's. It comes straight from the bean and then ground down. It is essentially chocolate in it's rawest form. Due to it's raw form it has the ability to trigger the release of dopamine and the endorphin; phenylethylamine, both of which soothe the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome and depression. It can increase blood flow, especially to the brain.

An incredible plant that opens the heart.
